At Eagle Eye Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering reliable, detailed, and professional cleaning services for every client.

This policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations, and satisfaction-related concerns.

🧼 1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work.
If you are not fully satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return promptly to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Our goal is to make it right and ensure you’re completely happy with the results.

🔁 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things happen! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, a 10% fee (based on the total price of the job) will be applied.
This helps us compensate our team for reserved time and scheduling adjustments.

💳 3. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in cases where service has not yet been rendered or a payment error has occurred.

• If service was performed but you are unsatisfied, we will offer a re-cleaning service instead of a monetary refund.

• All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Eagle Eye Cleaning Services management.

🧾 4. Missed Appointments

If our team arrives for a scheduled cleaning and is unable to gain entry to the property (locked door, no access, etc.), this will be treated as a late cancellation, and a 10% fee will apply.

🧍 5. Service Limitations

Please note:

• We cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains, heavy buildup, or damage beyond cleaning.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects on surfaces, materials, or furniture.
