Please review these carefully before scheduling your service.

🧹 1. Service Agreement

By scheduling with Eagle Eye Cleaning Services, you agree to allow our professional team access to the property on the confirmed date and time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel a job if unsafe conditions exist

  • Reschedule due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • Adjust service scope if the actual condition of the property differs from the original description

💲 2. Pricing & Payment
  • Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final costs may vary if extra time, products, or labor are required.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payments: Cash (pre-approved), credit/debit cards, or online payment platforms.

🕒 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things happen — but please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 24-hour notice: A 10% fee of the scheduled service total will apply.

  • No-shows or lockouts: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the same fee applies.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in loss of scheduling privileges.

🌟 4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority!
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

We don’t offer refunds after services are completed, but we stand behind our work 100%.

🛠️ 5. Liability

Our team is insured and trained to handle your space with care. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, improper installations, or normal wear and tear

  • Items not properly secured (pictures, décor, blinds, etc.)

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to products (if not communicated in advance)

Please remove valuables and fragile items from cleaning areas before your appointment.

🚪 6. Property Access

You must ensure our cleaning team has safe and timely access to your property.
If we cannot enter due to locked doors, alarm systems, or other access issues, a 10% lockout fee will apply.

🧴 7. Health & Safety

We maintain strict safety and sanitation standards.
Our staff reserves the right to decline service if:

  • The environment is unsafe or unsanitary

  • Hazardous materials, pests, or biohazards are present

We respect your privacy.
Your personal information is protected and used only for scheduling, communication, and billing.
